When Children Without A Voice (CWAV), an Alpharetta-based, non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse across the US, asked for help updating their Website, Brown Bag answered the call. Doing what we do best, Brown Bag developed a new and improved look for their site and deployed it on a Wordpress platform to make it more user-friendly. Now, CWAV has more than a smart, new look - they have the ability to make updates to their site on a regular basis. Which is a good thing, because CWAV has a lot to say.

Role:
The Account Coordinator provides assistance to the Client Services team in the day-to-day management of client projects, and develops the skills necessary to advance to the position of Account Executive (AE).


Responsibilities:

Role:
This role is responsible for content strategy and content development for B2B clients through various channels. A strong B2B writing and blogging background is necessary. User Experience Specialist +

Role:
We are looking for a junior to mid-level person who is smart, creative, collaborative, passionate about usability, and a team player. This position will report to and assist the Senior UX/UI Specialist in providing a great variety of client types with innovative and usable digital solutions according to their business and audience needs. Typical deliverables include audience profiles, site maps, wire frames, and business requirement documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in discovery sessions and assist in documenting requirements, user profiles and interpreting user goals/prior
  • Create or edit workflow maps indicating process and systems implications, wire frame navigation and content relationships
  • Research subject matter 
  • Assist in structuring engagements and preparing delivery estimates
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, product managers and fellow UX team members to iterate documentation 
  • Assist with presentation of solutions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Help educate and implement with internal teams on best practices around usability

Requirements:
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven experience creating workflow diagrams, wireframes, mockups and related artifacts for a variety of digital business solutions – desktop, tablet, & smartphone
  • Ability to work and communicate very well with creative, technology and client solutions teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills a must 
  • Working knowledge of tools such as MS-Visio, Omnigraffle, and/or Axure 
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications
  • Work examples that demonstrate skill in UX analysis and design

BAGGED // 2013 Summer Internship +

“You’ve been bagged!”— probably the last thing you want to hear if you’re a 10-point Buck that’s out wandering in the woods, but if you’re a human, this is exactly what you want to hear. You see, every year Brown Bag goes hunting for the next up-and-coming marketing intern prodigy. If you’re a college student or recent college graduate looking to make a name for yourself, that person could be you!

The internship lasts from June through August of 2013, and only one very lucky individual will be chosen (think Hunger Games). And when we say lucky, we mean the brightest, sharpest, best-communicating, quickest-learning, team-oriented person interested in design, technology, social strategy, client services or project management that we can find.

Your First Viral Video

Along with a traditional resume, we also want you to make a YouTube video explaining why you think you have what it takes to be our next intern. The video should be no longer than two minutes. Producers of the top three videos will be invited to Brown Bag for in-person interviews. All college students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply and - even though this is not a paid internship in the traditional sense, - the winner will receive a wealth of knowledge, invaluable real-world work experience, the opportunity to obtain an entry level position, and lovely parting gifts.
