Brown Bag Marketing recently launched one of the biggest innovations in check packaging in years for our oldest client, Harland Clarke. CheckFolio™ (www.checkfolio.com) revolutionizes the way account holders receive, use and store their checks. Brown Bag was instrumental in the go-to-market strategy for this new product and developed a number of marketing vehicles including brand identity, promotional videos, microsite, and email campaigns. This launch received the second highest response rate (second to mandatory Regulation E communications) the company has ever received.




When Pfizer Animal Health acquired RESTOR-A-FLEX and wanted to re-launch the brand in a crowded and competitive marketplace, they called on Brown Bag for a comprehensive strategic plan. RESTOR-A-FLEX is a nutraceutical joint supplement prescribed by veterinarians to help dogs with cartilage production. To combat the brand’s low awareness, Brown Bag partnered with Pfizer Animal Health to create a fully integrated, go-to-market strategy that included updating and implementing overall brand standards, revitalizing identity materials and developing a comprehensive communication initiative targeting veterinary clinics.


With the acquisition of a leading diagnostics company, Pfizer Animal Health was positioned to help veterinarians prevent, treat and diagnose diseases better. They enlisted Brown Bag to quickly re-position and re-launch the WITNESS® line of diagnostic test kits which diagnose disease in cats and dogs. Extensive market research with veterinarians and technicians across the US laid the framework for a new brand positioning which included package design, logo development, sales collateral and a video demo used to train the field force. Post launch, Brown Bag has continued to promote the WITNESS® line through trade journal advertising.


Maytronics / VIEW WEB SITE

Maytronics has been the world leader in automated pool cleaning technology for over 25 years and is the developer of the industry-leading line of Dolphin robotic pool cleaners. Recently, the company underwent a global restructuring of their organization and their brand. Brown Bag helped to bring the new brand to life on their US Web site by significantly enhancing the user experience. Additionally, the entire site was built in a content managed system allowing the internal team to easily and efficiently add products, submit press releases and upload collateral to a password protected part of the Web site.




Orion Health Corp / VIEW WEB SITE

Orion HealthCorp, the nation’s sixth-largest medical billing and practice management provider, wanted to consolidate its multiple business entities under one unified brand. Brown Bag helped develop the company’s positioning, messaging and identity. We then co-wrote their first integrated marketing plan and social media strategy. Components completed by the agency include a Web site redesign, advertising, search engine marketing, social media, trade show marketing, sales materials and SharePoint consulting. Orion, now going into the second year of its branding initiative, has exceeded all marketing-related performance objectives.
